Afraid your tow vehicle’s new aftermarket add-on will void your warranty? As a consumer of an aftermarket product, you are protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which basically states that if something on your vehicle breaks and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless it can prove that the modifications you’ve made caused the problem in question.
