My buddy just took his rims off his Accord coupe and is just willing to give them to me for nothing, Will they fit my 2008 altima coupe? I mean I just wanna see how there gunna look and there free rims with brand new tires so what the heck, I looked up the lug pattern n it says 5x114.3 and I know the altima coupe is the same so just curious if they will fit ! :ohno:

No Offence, because free wheels/tires is always intriguing, but wouldnt that be like wearing an X-rated T-shirt to church? :P

Yes they will fit but I'm willing to bet the offset is like +55 so it'll be tucked in 1/2" more than the OEM. MY TL-S offset is +55 and when I put my OEM Nissan wheels on the TL, the rims were flushed to the fenders!..and they were +45.

I will say this, it will def be different and not to many people will guess what types of rims you have, someone photoshop for this guy what these rims would look like on the coupe. update to this, I just looked at them, they actually kinda look like my rims just without the stainless steel/chrome wall. Go for it, it's free what do you have to lose, but a few nissan and honda people frowning on it lol. Another edit update lol, here dude here's a link to my car so you can see my rims on it

Sounds like bad voodoo. Free is free though. But don't say I didn't warn you.

does it matter that the accord oem rims have a smaller center bore than altima's? accord is 64.1 cb and altimas are 66.1 cb, i thought this would mean that they won't fit over the cb properly. you could do the opposite though, go with altima rims on an accord with a hubcentric ring, no?

If you have a good shop that knows what they're doing and has the right tools, you could have them drill out to the proper bore. But this certainly does seem like a lot of work for rims that aren't really that special.

I have no hate for honda. I think people just have a bad perception about hondas seeing that a lot of people rice them out are are dousche's, but honda's quality bro ive seen quite a few nicely built hondas around :)

hondas- older civics and older accords = cheap poor teenagers making MOST of them look TERRIBAD for the past 20 years.

stock exhaust + tinny ebay fartcan... ying ying lawnmower. ANNOYING SOUND- NO ONE LIKES IT no matter how much u think they do.

usually a guy who is more 'posh' and has a ton of gel in his hair and thinks v-tec can kill anything. even a chipmunk.

in all actuality, they are nice cars, STOCK, but the people who drive them give them overkill credit and they are just overrated at that point. honda's arent the be all-end all to cars. they have good ideas and they last a long time, but there are other manufacturers <cough>Nissan<cough> that are better.

figure this - toyota and honda had MAJOR recalls this year.... yet no one has really heard the honda engine recall because... toyota's killed more ppl. plus both were at the same time. at least the 06-07 altima exhaust manifold problem w/ that loose screen didnt kill ppl, it just seized the engine for a day. big deal lol

basically- hondas are just overrated and a lot of ppl give em credit, but lets face it, theres always a guy in town driving a civic ex or accord and ricing the hell outta it, everyone knows. the body kit is still white, they arent gna paint it, theres a lil rust on the rear wheel well, and yes. the fartcan muffler. /vomit

I honestly like Honda's; they are my second brand of choice, and actually my two previous cars before I got my Altima was a 3.0CL, Prelude and the wife presently drives an MDX. But on subject; I remember a member here about a year or so ago that tried to install TL wheels on his coupe and the center Bore like Blackmobile said was a problem. I can't remember what happen with that, but boring out the wheel was not an option due to taking away the integrity of the wheel. If I remember right I think he got some kind of an adaptor (it might of been spacers, but I don't think so) that would allow the wheel to fit.
