My fan exploded and cut alot of the wiring in my 92 'vert. I bought a harness for a 92 with a mt I have an auto, what do I need to do to make it work?

Basically everything is the same. There are some minor differences depending on what got cut. the wires coming from the transmission plugging into the car body are different. But everything coming from the motor is the same, except for one plug thats near the throttle. I swapped an auto motor into my manual body and everything plugged right up except for that one plug, but everything runs fine.

like the other guy said the engine harness is a sperate haress from the tansmission harness, it should be pretty much plug and play, if not the changes that need to be made should be pretty straight forward.

Depends on what part of the harness your referring to. If the only thing that got cut up was wires going to the engine or coil, then no dash take out necessary. Just take the glove box out, unplug the brown connector and unplug the harness from the ecu. Then yank it out from the engine bay side.

if you can get around not taking out the dash i WOULD, taking it out and be a real pain! to take the dash out you have to take loose a bracket under the steering wheel to drop the steering wheel so you can get the dash out....its too much work like the other guy said just drop you glove box remove the kick panel and pull it through the fire wall.

Yep, that brown one you can most definitely get to if you take out the glove box. The other one I believe is for something to do with the auto or potentially cruise control. I know the box for that is up there somewhere. All you can do is get in there and follow wires.
