will a transsion out of a 240 bolt into a NA 300zx?

I have an automatic NA 300zx that needs a new transmission and i cant find one in my budget? will the automatic transmission out of a 240 bolt up if not any advice? i dont have the money to do the 5 speed conversion or i would

Will NOT bolt up to your motor! I recommend salvaging one... or digging through the classifieds on local enthusiast sites where you are. Also, won't the TT transmission work all the same... I know the bellhousing is a little thicker, but the bolt patterns are identical otherwise.
