i have a blown t25 on my redtop. and i want to upgrade the turbo rather than replace it with the same size. my question is will a t28 bolt straight up to my redtop...or do i have to buy a whole bunch of different parts...if i need to buy different parts what do i need? what car does the t28 come out of? or is there any easier turbo up grade i can do? i ask this because i dont really have too much turbo expeierence, and i want to do the easiest thing possible. thanks, if you have any better ideas please let me know asap.

At T28 will bolt right up but theres a couple little things here and there you should be prepared for. First, your compressor outlet on the T25 points straight up. When you use this on the T28 say from a S15 Silvia (most commonly known as Garrett GT28R), it will become angled 45º pointing towards the front. This usually takes a little cutting and maybe a coupler with a bend in it to mate up. The coolant/oil lines will need to be modified a little to make it fit but it can be done with patience. Most people make it easy and buy Taka stainless braided lines. The compressor inlet will also be angled slightly different too but i've seen people make the stock rubber intake tube work fine. GL!

instead of bashing on him to search and giving him incorrect information..

No it is not a complete bolt on. If you are talking about whether the turbo bolts on to the manifold then yes.

T28 is clocked differently than a T25 so it will require you to re-clock the turbo and bend the stock lines if you are planning to use that. If not, you can always get a set of SS lines and not even have to worry about clocking the turbo.

Also, your compressor outlet pipe and the inlet pipe needs to be clocked differently.

Compressor inlet pipe can be cut and be re-welded for correct orientation with your stock rubber intake pipe.

As for the hot pipe not lining up with the compressor outlet pipe, you can modify your S13 hot pipe. If you buy a greddy air filter kit that comes with Z32 pig tail, and compressor inlet and outlet pipe, you will not have to worry.
