Will a SOHC KA shifter fit an RB20 trans??

Im about to buy a short throw shifter for my S13, I'll be doing the RB20 swap in a few months and I was wondering if the shifter I buy for the KA will work on the RB trans???

if the sohc trans is the same as the dohc ka trans then yes it will work. with nissans lego style of building cars, it's pretty likely that they are the same.

Yes, the SOHC and DOHC shifters are the same.I had 2 89's and a RB20 with the B&M shifter.The New non-buzzing shifter. (supposedly)
