Will a sentra ser automatic transmission work a G20?

A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

Need to know cuz a friend of mine G20 transmission is shot found a one from ser but we're not sure if it'll work. lets say both are the same obd should work right?

It should fit, everything else about the motor and transmission setup is the same.

It will fit, but you need to use the axles from the SE-R. The splines on the G20's hub are different.
