will a s15 font bumper fit a s13?

will a s15 font bumper fit a s13 or dose have to be a covertion front end. i know you have to buy new lights and hood and all that stuff too. i just like a few of the aftermarket front ends for the s15 and would like to know if they will fit my 1990
