will a kouki wire harness and ecu work on my zenki sr20det???

i have a sr20det that came w/ the WC ecu. will my motor work with the NA ecu and wiring harness or will it only work with the WC ecu .is there really that big of a difference.

S14 SR Zenki motor and S14 SR Kouki motor are same (BUT) ECU and wiring harness is NOT THE SAME also maf are difference.My car has S14 KOUKI motor with Zenki ecu(WC) and Zenki wiring harness.And use Kouki maf with kouki pigtail.
