I have a 200SX, and the driveshaft was modified to fit any S13 Driveshaft, but all I have is the 2nd propeller shaft, and the piece that comes out of the transmission and attaches to the 2nd driveshaft is what I need. So I was wondering if the KA one will fit on a CA transmission?

yes, the only difference between the 2 is that the CA has a smaller dust shield so the knuckle on the KA driveshaft will rub. You can remove the CA one and put the KA shield on or leave it out completly.

Screwdriver on the edge of the shield and tap it out with a hammer. It's just lightly pressed in.
