Will a KA24DE fit in a Nissan D21

Im pulling the KA24DE out of my s13, and mu uncle has a 1986.5 Nissan D21. He was wondering if my KA would work in his truck. Anybody know?

It should fit fine. The later D21s (starting in 1989/90) came with KA24Es.
