KA and SR ecus share the same pinouts on a lot of stuff, but I wouldn't plug a KA ECU into an SR harness due to the ignition system differences. I'd be afraid of damaging the ignitor. Also, the ECU doesn't control any accessories, so I have no clue what you're trying to accomplish.

For ECU Power:To check if you're getting power, first make sure the ECCS fuse isn't blown.

Then check to make sure you're relay is supplying power properly. With the ECU plugged in, find Pin 38 or 47 and turn the car to "on". If your relay is working properly, a test light should light up when applied to those pins. You can get at the pins when it's plugged in through the back of the of the plug after you pop the white retainer off.

Pin 36 would verify that the ignition switch is working properly and supplying the 'on' signal to the ECU.

Pin 4 will verify that the ECU is activating the ECCS relay properly with the key switch set to 'on'

If your ECCS relay is suspect of being bad, pull any other blue or green relay from the boxes and put it on the car. The a/c relay would be a good candidate.
