Will a FWD SR Timing Chain tensioner work on a RWD SR?

I'm almost done with my SR swap. I've gotten the motor installed and tried to tune it, but on the first start the timing chain tensioner went on me. I was wondering if it's possible to swap a FWD SR tensioner into a RWD SR?
