My clutch slave cylinder on my 68' 520 J engine is seized and all I can find is the one for the 510. Anybody know of a good replacement or where I can pick up a new one? I looked at a photo of the slave for the 510 an it shows the tubing coming out of 90 degrees from the piston as opposed to the back of the piston (like mine...).

basically it should... what you need to do is measure them to make sure the diameters are the same size

Thanks,

I suspect they're both a 3/4" diameter, I just wondered if anyone knew for certain that the throw was the same and the ears that bolt it to the bell housing matched up before I went out and bought one. I can't seem to find the slave for the truck, only the 510.

The ebay one might work but it does not specify 520. I know for a fact that 521's don't fit 720's

Rock Auto.com if link doesnot take you to part look up as Nissan, 1968, 520, Clutch, Slave cylinder. They have Dorman & Beck Arnley$20.79http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php
