will a/c compressor from s14 fit s13

i wanted to know if a s14 a/c compressor with r134 fit a s13. i converted my system to r134 but the compressor keeps on cycling. i am guessing it is doing that because it gets hot to quick. i heard that r134 heats up faster, so maybe the s14 a/c compressor that is made for r134 wont heat up. any help would be appreciated. thanks!
