will a 93 non turbo 300zx diff fit in my s14

I have read conflicting stories about swapping an lsd from a 93 300zx to an s14. I think I can swap the axle flanges from either dif, correct? What about the pinion flange? Are they the same? Does it matter if the 300zx was auto or maual? thanks
