will a 90' 240sx ka24e 5speed transmision bolt up to a 91 240sx ka24de?

My Son's 91 240sx clutch went out today. We are going to put in a new clutch his 3rd gear is going out in his. I have a parts car with a good 5speed in it but it is a 90' and is bolted up to a ka24e.Since we are going that far in to replace the clutch I was wondering if the transmitions are interchanable??

Clutch is not interchangable even though the transmission's will bolt up. Nissan's got em listed as different parts (clutch assembly).
