I was wondering if a 300zx rear sway bar will fit my G50. I've been looking everywhere for one and found one but it's for a 300zx

No the Z isnt as wide and its designed differently.

You need an a model rear bar, and of course the llinks (if you don't have a t model) and the rubber.
