Will a 240sx clutch work in a altima?

First off i have a 94' Nissan Altima with the 16-Valve Twin Cam 1.4 Liter. I was told that a 89'-90' Nissan 240sx has the same engine. I am wanting to buy a stage 2 clutch so i was wandering if i could use a 240 stage 2 clutch and put it in my Altima. I really appreciate the help. Thanks
