will a 1998 q45 radio work in a 1997?

i just like the clock set up and it seems more symmetrical?

It would be more than just the radio to get the analog clock versus the digital. I don't think they would fit, not worth the trouble to replace, you might as well get a good double DIN after-market radio instead.
