Will a 1994 A/C compressor work for my 1991 Q45?

Does anyone know if this will work? I cross referenced the part numbers from autozone and they give two seperate part numbers for these two years (1994 v/s 1991). Just wondering... There is a used one I can get for $80 - sure beats $200+.

1991 came stock with R-12 refrigerant, 1994 was R134a. I'm not sure if they will physically bolt up or not - but to successfully convert your 91 to R134a refrigerant you need to replace the entire system... better to look for the R12 based compressor.
