Will a 18x9.5 fit w/o rolling my fender

Hey guys and gals this is my first post so go easy on me will a 18x9.5 offset +30 fit without rolling my fender. I'm trying to get some Rota P45R's and the guy that Discount tire orders from said it would but I would have to roll my fenders. I used the search and found only one other person that went with a wheel wider then 8.5 can this be done and what tire size should i go with. If not any one know of a wheel with a concave look like these? Btw I already have a eibach prokit installed. Here is what they look like.
