300zx is twin cam turbo, I assume its a stock engine ,240 sx is the stock engine. I'm obviously new here.

Actually it's SOHC. It has one cam per head. It's a v engine so it had 2 heads.

And no it just won't bolt in to the s chassis. Your going to have to get mounts, a custom drive shaft, a wiring harness, etc it is going to add up
