Will 245/45/20 tires on 2006 m45

Will 245/45/20 tires fit on 06 m45 I have 245/35/20 all around they are low profile I've already bent one of my wheels I would like more tire between the road and wheel also what would the ride be like with these tires searched the forum couldn't find anyone that has any info

When I was going to switch to larger wheels on my 09 M35 (very similar to the 06), my service guy at Infiniti told me the max size they would recommend is 19 inches. They told me 20 inches would cause suspension and steering parts to fail earlier than usual. I went with 19 X 8.5 +40 wheels and 255/40/19 tires. I ended up with the same clearance in the wheel well and same over-all height of the vehicle. Speedo was off by about 1 mph.

Enter your OEM wheel size , offset, and tire size in the left column and enter the new info in the right column. It will tell you clearance regarding brakes, suspension, and also wheel well. It will also tell you the difference between actual speed and your speedo reading.

that would look rediculously fat and fitting wouldnt be a problem, only thing that it would change is accuarcy of the speedo. One forum member used 245/40/20 i believe. I had oem gtr tires on for a short period 255/40/20 up front and it was fine. s*** pot holes can always bend a rim though, if you want to try and avoid that get a forged wheel but even those are suseptable to bends.
