well I guess it all depends what size the tires are and what size of rims they are mounted on. I'm reasonably (someone correct me if i'm wrong) that all nissans use the 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. So, if the 08 a/c winter tires are 215/60/r16 tires mounted on 16" 5 x 114.3 rims (stock sizes for the 08 a/c 2.5s) They would fit an 05 altima sedan as it had the same stock tire size. And even if either vehicle is a 3.5 I think you would still be ok as the overall diameter of the tires don't differ much between the two models.
