Will 2007 Fujita short ram intake fit 08 coupe?

from what i remember its the same under the hood, but can anyone confirm this?

the price of the fujita is almost 100 bucks cheaper then the injen...

also wats the quality or sound difference between them?

The part # for that intake is SR-2828. I don't see a part with that number on Fujita's website. Here is a list of their official applications:http://www.f5air.com/applications.html

I would call them to make sure that the intake is compatible.

They're the same motors so yes, it'll fit if it's the correct part #. The INJEN comes with a heat shield and the Fujita doesn't. Haven't heard the Fujita in person so I couldn't say if it sounds similar.

generic.. what does the heat shield do? is it bad if it doesnt have one? i have the 2.5 6mt so im stuck gettin a fujita.. u think its a bad idea to get?

the heat shield is just a metal sheet that blocks the heat from the engine block from going directly into the filter. Of course after a while it will warm up too but still should be a bit "cooler" than the heat coming from the engine block
