Will 2004 #50z wheels fit my 09 G37S

Hey guys! Another newb here. I have a buddy that has four 18" wheels from his 350 that he is going to to toss. They appear to be the exact same size and bolt pattern as my '09 G37s. I am considering putting winter tires on them, and saving my Sport wheels for the summer.
Will they fit? Thanks!

Should be good, but probably a little lower offset so may look more agressive on the G.
