Will 19" Staggard wheels hurt my G35X sedan?

Hello Everyone - I am a new to the Infiniti world. Just bought a 2006 G35x Sedan. I have purchased these wheels:

but someone has told me that they may hurt my vehicle which came with factory 17" wheels. The dealership did say they would void my warranty, but I would just make sure they didn't know I put them on

Any idea if they really will hurt the car? I have seen plenty of them running them?t

You'll be fine as long as you make the front and rear overall tire DIAMETER as close as possible.
