Will 17x7.5 +38 offset fit on a vert?

some guy on craigslist has these wheels pretty good price with tires. they are 4 lug 17x7.5 with +38 offset front and back. Will it clear the coilovers in the front without spacers? I dont have coilovers yet but it will be next after wheels. I know if u get 18.9 it has to be lower then 20 offset on the front i hear but idk about 17x7.5 +38. Its a 92 convertible 4 lug

I know those will fit with plenty of room on standard lowering springs and struts. You may need a small 8mm spacer up front for coils, but I could be wrong there. It also depends on what size tires are on the wheels.
