Will 17" wheels/rims fit on my 2011

My 2011 Armada SL came with 20" wheels and I want 17" or 18". I know the 18" will fit but will a 17" fit over the brakes? Just want to know what my options are before I start looking. Most likely going to get a used set of Nissan wheels and paint them.

I don't think 17" will work, I know 18" will work with the proper tire size. You should call the folks at www.tirerack.com and I know they will be able to help.

i dont think i would want 17 inch wheels on a 6000 pound suv. plus the brakes were bigger on the 06s and up so there may be little to no clearance..

i agree tirerack is a good quick place to find this out. this is an unusual request..

Odd request, I guess so. I'm not into the look of big rims on an SUV and the cost and selection of tires for the 20s is pretty poor. My Aramada will spend some time doing some off road and lots of snow here in Colorado so I am looking for more sidewall and the way better tire selection and prices for a 17" or 18" rim. I'll likely just get 18" used Nissan wheels when I can find a set and paint them.
