Wiggle room on hood latch,is this normal?

I have never noticed this before, but when I close the hood lid, and then press down in the center, there is some movement up and down or wiggle room? Is this normal. I have adjusted the two rubber bumpers on both sides, but only minimized movement, and if you adjust too high up, then your hood does not line up on the sides with the fender.

Can you check your hood on your M and report back, appreciate any advice if this is normal or should be adjusted by dealer or body shop.
When I was in the dealer the other day, there was a late mode M56 in the driveway, and it has some movement in the hood, but very little.
