Wierd whistling noise

Hey everyone since I have completed my swap, everytime the engine gets hot there is a persistent whistling that comes and goes. It only occurs at idle and goes away once the rev's are brought up. I thought it was the powersteering pump since i used powersteering fluid and not dextron fluid so i drained it all out and flushed the system out using the 2 power steering lines on the steering rack and didnt do any extensive bleeding but bled until red dextron fluid squirted out of the gap in the lines i took out on the steering rack. The powersteering works great and gives no trouble and i took out the idler pulley and AC compressor belt and ran it up to temp and it still whistled. I do not know what it is i need help ASAP!
