Wierd tps problem

Hey guys need help on this one ive searched but cant find out whats wrong with my car. I have a black top sr20det it runs perfect without the tps connected but when i connect it , it runs like crap i tried setting it between .45 to .55 every time i set it i gets a different reading it will idle good when i get in car to take a spin i starts to run like crap any help would be appreciated.

lets check your TPS for resistance....disconnect the TPS harness connector. With the key on check the resistance between terminal B and terminal C (see picture for reference.) Resistance at closed throttle should be approxiamately 0.7 and with the TPS lever depressed somewhat the resistance should read 0.8-5.0 and with the TPS lever fully depressed resistance should read approximately 5.0 ..let us know if it checks out or not
