Wierd timing chain problem after oil change

3 days ago i did an oil change in my car and noticed that now my timing chain will rattle like crazy at medium to high rpms (above 3000 or so). Sometimes when I'm in 2nd gear accelerating it will bog down and pick right up again at around 3500 rpms. Before the oil change the chain only rattled when the engine was started when cold. I'm using 20W-50 if it helps.

timing chain tentioner more then likely snapped and i'm not gonna lie to you but it's quite the job to get at the tentioner (believe me, i had to do it) luckily the tentioner can be found for only like $15 CAN
