who did the clutch? and did it happen before or after you did the clutch. there maybe a good chance that the clutch not bolted correctly. resulting in lost of power and knocking noise. i believe if the clutch knock hard enough it may throw off the knock sensor and the ecu may compensate for something that is not there. i would look at the clutch job first. oil light will come on if whoever did the clutch forget to plug it back in. because is located near the starter and bell-housing so it may be removed to make room to get to the bolt. also look at the bolts on your drive-shaft make sure that is tight.

You should have stopped there you high bastard. The rest of your post is complete crap.

First of all, your oil light is on. That is priority number one. Stop running the car, and figure out what is causing this. The oil light sensor is on the oil filter plate (distribution block). Its mounted on the same thing your oil filter is mounted on. If they were just doing a simple clutch job, they shouldnt have messed with that.

Is your oil light one steady red all the time or does it sometimes go away?

deffinatly figure out the oil issure first.. because if you dont have oil pressure you can say bye bye to your motor. then get back to us and see whats up. the clutch deffinatly shouldnt cause any engine noise...
