Hello everyone, I am trying to figure out what is going on with my 96 240, but I can't figure it out.

What my car does. When I take a curve to the left, at speeds greater than about 30, when the turning radius reaches a cetain point my car all of a sudden jerks to the left and turns sharper. It almost feels like it all of a sudden gets grip and just goes. I thought it was a bad lower ball joint on the passenger side, so I replaced that. ( the ball joint was bad), but even after replacing that it still does it. I have KYB AGX struts and eibach pro-kits springs, and they are still working fine.

Does anyone know what this could be or what I could check?

Thanks,

Brad

You need new steering rack bushings...

How do you replace them? Is it a very intensive job? Do I have to take apart the whole rack or is it easier than that?

Thanks.
