Wierd Sound

Hey everyone. just have a question. does anyones car make a wierd whirring noise when they drive around the 45 mph range or faster? mine makes a slight whirring noise and i can't figure out what it is, i've tried driving with my window down and my sunroof open but it's still there no matter what i do. don't know if this is a normal noise or not but it just sounds a little noisy to be normal for a luxury car. i know the exhaust makes some noise and i love the sound of that but thats not the sound i'm hearing. can anyone help?
