So has anybody had an S14 that makes weird noises when driving slowly in parking lots or on the street with speed bumps? I have had this noise that comes from both sides in the back, sounds like squeaks or rubber on metal friction, with stock wheels tires and suspension. I have checked the spare tire, and it’s not loose. Does this sound like a suspension component or the one of the bushings that attached to it somewhere? At higher speeds there isn’t any noises at all. I really have tried to narrow the location of it, even riding in the back seat while someone else drives. But I don’t know what is causing it, Any suggestions?

probably your sway bar bushings. don't forget that it's cold now, so rubber contracts when it's cold constricting the metal and ultimately causing squeaking when it's forced to move.

Yeah that could be it has been doing it since May though, so you think just replacing the bushings would make the noise go away? It makes my car sound like and old truck. Yesterday it was 55 degrees here in Portland, and bright & sunny. thanks.
