Wierd looking substance in radiator? can anyone help?

Does this mean that my car has a blown headgasket? it does not have any other symptoms of a blown headgasket other than an unstable idle.

could this have been caused by my heater hose that was kinked for a long time due to the water just sitting there?

any info is appreciated.
