Well I hate to state the obvious, but it sounds like your getting to much fuel, bad injetors... faulty fuel pump... or it could have sopmething to do with your aftermarket parts, such as your intake or exhaust, none the less it's a weird problem

I agree with Timereaper20. Also check your plugs and wires. Too much fuel + weak spark = bad idle. Less fuel + same weak spark = good enough for Idle but no power.

While you are at it you may as wellcheck the fuel filter. Won't change anything but it is often overlooked. Dirty fuel can clog injectors and have them stick open resulting in too much fuel.

first, make sure that your fuel lines are hooked up correctly.then perform a tune up--wires, cap, rotor, spark plugs, fuel filter.if you still have a miss, then with the car running, disconnect each injector one at a time(unplug the connector). if the rpm doesnt drop or drops a lot less than the others, your problem is in that cylinder.if that doesnt present a problem, start with the simple crap...clean the maf, check your timing, check and make sure your tps is set correctly, check your iac valve(make sure it isnt stuck too lean)

I swaped fuel rails with one of my buddies.. and it still does the same. so now I know it's not the injectors, fpr, or fuel rail.. I also changed the plugs and wires so guess I'll try that fuel pump...
