Wierd Idle problem....please help

Heres what I've got. A s13 blacktop sr20det, gt28 ballbearing turbo.fmic.255fuel pump. sohc maf,stock injectors.

Now heres my problem. The car will run and drive just fine. But will not hold an idle. I have done the following to troubleshoot-Cleaned iacv, throttle body. Checked for vaccum leaks. Testd voltage on maf and tps. tps is at .45 at closed throttle.

Also things that dont add up in my mind...car idles perfect when- unplugged maf. Or unplugged tps. And will idle when the afc is unplugged but will not rev past 2-3k. Which is a classic sign of bad maf..but the maf would be bad all the time reguardless of afc or not. Any advice would be great or maybe someone who has had the problem before could help me out?? I have searched the forums and havent found another problem to solve my own. Thanks!

I also checked the afc neo.. and it has zero air map points saved. but on the maf shows 1 in and 1 out which is right for the sohc i believe
