I have a 91 s13 ka24de, stock motor, I do have a 255 pump. Here is the problem, my car cranks over.. just wont start. Everything is in rhythm, I have spark, fuel, MAF is working.. plenty of battery power, so thats not it. This is what confuses me, if I take out the fuse under the hood for the fuel pump, it will start.. then of course die because the pump isnt on. But if I put the fuse back in it.. it will not start. I've done this like 4 times and it does it like clock work. Can anyone have any idea. my buddy just told me it may be my injector rings have gone out and are leaking into the cylinders causing it to flood. does that sound right?

Sparks gapped correctly? And yeah I'd check your injectors.

mabey your fpr has gone bad?

ive read a few threads of people switching to the 255 then having fuel problems cuz the extra pressure killed there stock fpr.

and to reply to 240sx_ch08, my plugs may or may not be gapped right. My buddy gave me some that he just got and then supercharged his ka, so needed colder plugs. i never checked the gap, Ill check that along with the FPR. i checked my rings on my injectors and they all look fine and dry

well, it wasn't the FPR, wasn't my injectors.. the vacuum line to the FPR was bad and it helped when replaced, but now if I park on a decent incline.. it wont start. If anyone has any other ideas feel free to let me know.. otherwise I'm going to hold out until I get my SR lol
