wierd cut hoses on the bottom of my radiator

hey guys i'm pretty much new here and starting out. i bought a 1991 240sx it has 230K miles on it and the radiator on it has two cut lines on the bottom of it and i'm trying to figure out where they go. any help and tips would be nice. thanks.

id have to say that youve got an automatic radiator. because the auto comes with a cooler built into the radiator.

There should also be the clear hose for the drain...
