yeah, you use the stock o2 sensor with the enthalpy tune. all you have to do is swap ecu's, and it runs on the stock engine sensors.

if you want to fine tune the enthalpy ecu(which isn't necessary) you can use an safc2 and wideband. If you want to tune it yourself, you will need a separate o2 sensor that you can put in a bung in your downpipe, or attach it at the end of your tailpipe if the installation isn't permanent..

you seem to be right on track.

My enthalpy tune was pretty decent. Low 11's to mid 11's throughout the power band... I got my safc and leaned out a bit. To high 11's.For a wideband you use your 02 sensor port on your downpipe or weld another one on(comes with the wideband) place it aboptu 18-24" from the turbo for good results. But this will make it wear out faster. Some people recommend 30" Whichever wideband you get it will give you the recommended distance from the turbo.I have my wideband hardwired so it fakes my stock 02 sensor signal to my ecu.Get the ngk wideband from sparkplugs.com, they are our sponsor and give a great deal on them.Other options are the AEM wideband, or the innovate lc-1I personally have the ngk and the lc-1, AEM is top of line so can't go wron there either hope this helps ya

If youve already got an Enthalpy ECU, or any tuned ECU, as long as you have it tuned for exactly what you will be running with the motor, you dont need the SAFC or the wideband. I would sell the latter two and make some of your money back. Its nice to know whats going on, but lots of cars run around with parts they dont really need. I realized this after I built my first turbo car and I could have saved some money. Just dont cut corners where it counts.

not true......My enthalpy ecu tune is not perfect....Becuase it wasn't tuned on a dyno all cars are different. I had to lean it out minimal across the powerband, but when it is a weekend toy car you need that extra power.Wideband just borrow from someone. Or go to a dyno and also get your #'s

^^I know that every situation with every car is different, Im just saying that to get the car running and to get it to do what you need it to, a tuned ECU is the best its going to get without spending a lot extra of time and money that I personally did not have. Enthalpy, JWT, etc have done the tuning for the most part so you dont have to. You can absolutely fine tune it if you choose to. If you are like me though, and your KA-T is your DD, a tuned ECU is a great thing.

Only issue I had was my car was lean after 6k rpms... I'm wondering if my car isn't tuned after 6k, because I altered the fuel to make it correct, but car drops off real bad.....
