Is there anyway to use just the wideband o2 sensor and wire it up to a voltmeter reader to get and interpret your a/f values?

that's possible.

there's a DIY wideband controller kit you can use, instead of that method.

If you have a Greddy E-01 you can have the wideband go into it and have it convert the volts into a readable value...

I don't know if you can just wire up a wideband O2 and read volts like you do from a narrowband one. Doesn't it need some kinda controller or something?
