I have the 17x8 +35 right now. I haven't got them on because I need a 25mm spacer to clear coilovers. the 17x9 +35 would require around 40-50mm spacer to clear coilovers, if I'm thinking correctly.
Therefore, definately need +15. Still gonna have to run some spacer on that, but not as much.
17x9 +35 would need a 20mm spacer to clear coilovers, and the +35 is a 10mm spacer, after that it's up to your camber settings and a number of other setup related issues like tires and what kind of suspension you have.
I am leaning more towards the 17x9 +35 just because you can use a spacer (cheaper than 5-lug!) to push the wheel out however far you wanted it rather than being stuck with a +15 and having to roll the fender.
