I seriously don't get it. I post up stuff for people to look at, get idea's, etc, etc, and people turn it into a slug fest. I posted all those links before I went to bed. I wake up and find the whole thread is locked! WTF could people of been arguing about in that short of time? More importantally, I didn't get to see any of the flaming! Thats probably what upsets me the most. Since I didn't get to see who was saying what, all I can say is this deserves a " c'mon man, really?"

What everyone should take away from this is, if you see something on these forums that isn't to your liking, or taste...then simply back out of said thread, and continue on with your day. It just doesn't make any sense to me why people have to fight on the internet, it doesn't accomplish anything? Mod your rides as you wish, I've got respect for anyone who mods their vehicles, I'm a firm believer in build it, not buy it, and if you can't find people who can fabricate whatever it is if you can't. People don't always agree with the things I do with any of my cars, but I usually do things for a purpose. I've gotten mad flammage for putting a Voltex carbon wing on my IS300. When most people see it, they ask how I could ruined a luxary car, but have no idea its seen race tracks that most people only get to play in video games on multipal occasions. So people are going to have their own opinions and judge but honestly its to be expected. I've worked the pits before for some big named race teams, and plenty of people with guest passes will come through and ridacule purpose built race cars costing over $500K, and I look at them the same way. which is "whatevers..."

How about instead of fighting you reply to the person in a mature manner instead of invoking another fight about something else, or the current subject.

If you have noticed in other threads, when people get snobby, your best strategy is to not fight back. If you don't like what they said, then don't reply at all.

If that person continues to bash at the thread, or make off topics posts, he will be dealt with.

ok i guess i found out why then, it seemed like no reason since the posts were gone, at least leave the posts when you lock it so people know why and such.

Sorry guys, I don't leave the posts because if someone who has never been on NICO were to find the thread on a search engine (Google, Yahoo, etc.) it would cast a negative light on NICO and its members.
