Yeah just like that I am using the fuses listed in the fuse box cover but my car decided to melt some of them, I'm not really sure what the problem could be any help please?

What do you mean by "Melt"? That is what a fuse does when it "blows". Too much current heats the fuse material beyond the melting point and it melts creating an open circuit condition.

Air Conditioner Blower , but the one for the taillights also melted ( had a fun time trying to get it out) and I can see other's that were damaged by the heat...

Thats just your cars way of telling you "hey, you know this thing that this fuse is supposed to protect? yeah, well it's way F**ked and we melted instead of melting the wiring/other parts of your car" Feel happy bc your fuses are totally doing there job.

Yeah but fuses are supposed to pop the contact inside them not melt and make a mess...

like I said its doing its job, but the problem is worse than just popping the fuse out, its melting it out. repeat: Something is very very wrong in your car. I would start by tracing wires and looking for breaks in the covering and or melted/crossed wires. Getting into the dash is going to be fun.

this happens when fuse has a false contact.

a bad contact in the tips of fuse cause extreme heat in the metal fuse and then plastic comes to melt.

look at the place where fuse is placed and clean it. try to close the gap of the fuse box tips to get a better contact in fuse tip.

Did it damage anything on the fuse box? If it melted the fuse it could have melted some plastic on the fuse box making the plugs loose in there and making more shorts. Should double check?
