why wont my s1 rb25 idle?

hey guys

got a s1 rb25det with an few little aftermarket parts;
-nissan n1 oilpump
-godspeed intake manifold
-cx 90mm throttle body

n a few more but these r the only really relevant to my problem

so itll hold up while im on the throttle slightly and its a smooth rev, as in it doesnt sound like its not getting spark so no back firing or anything
but the minute i let off the throttle it sputters a bit then boggs out, also it seems like it has a delayed resopnse to when i push down the pedal

any ideas what it could be? im thinking maybe i need to adjust the idle on the throttle body to start with and maybe the throttle position sensor?

i really need some help soon tryin to drive home this weekend
