why wont my car start??

i have a 89 240sx just done transmission swap. . last week i tried to start my car (w/out the exhaust just the manifold)""sound really loud""" and it start perfectly. then this week i install new exhaust manifold and cat-back and now it wont start. it just crank..

here is what i tested:spark = goodfuel injection = goodfuel pump = good (heard the sound of the pump)and i check all vaccum hose its all connected.

please help if u know what is goin on.. any suggestion help a lot.. thankyou

Go into detail--was it a nice consistant blue spark? what fuel pressure? Is it trying to crank at all? check to see if CAS, MAF are seated?

Dunno how it is on your kae motor, but the ground for the ECU is right over the exhaust mani on the DE. Without a ground, the ecu doesn't turn on, but everything else does, so you get crank, accessories, spark, fuel pressure. It's possible your injectors just aren't firing.

i have check my injector w/ noid light and it flashes so injector still working..

could it b my fuel is flooded.. cuz i smell fuel on my spark plug.. so i take out the spark plug n just let it sit overnight for the fuel to evaporate.. then 2morrow morning i will put a new spark plug in n try to start again.. please pray for me that this will work 2morrow. .

could this b the problem?

hahahha.. finally got my car to start.. thank god.. the two problem i have found:1rst problem:fuel flooded--solution: unplug fuel injection and crank it, it will destroy all the gas inside the combustion chamber..2nd problem:ECU---solution: it was running rough after it start sound like timing was off, but timing was set correct so i put back the old automatic ECU,

WAHLAH EVERYTHINGS RUN FINE NOW...

.. but now i cant take my key off the ignition and my speedo is not working?? anyone knows why?could it b my wiring?please leave any suggestion...thankz a lot
